T. O. C. Holding, LLC doing business as Tele-One Communications is a Texas based, veteran owned business.

Tele-One provides Telephone Answering Service Nationwide with local numbers.

Our company was founded in 1946 and was known as Physician's and Surgeon's Exchange. Over the years other services were purchased and the company became Smith County Medical Answering Service. Later another service was purchased that answered for businesses. It was operated separately as Alpha Omega Communications.

In 1995, both services and their sister company that provided paging sevices,Leasecom were purchased and became Tele-One Communications, Inc. Since 1995, Tele-One Communications has purchased answering services in Palestine, Longview, Sulphur Springs, Texarkana, Nacogdoches and Marshall.

In 1997, Tele-One became one of the first Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) in Texas. Eventual Tele-One was authorize to provide local telephone service statewide. Tele-One surendered that authorization and ceased providing local telephone service in 2014 to concentrate solely on providing Telephone Answering Service.

Beginning in 2025 Tele-One became part of T. O. C. Holding, LLC
